The property includes two buildings: Il Molino and La Lavanderia.
- Il Molino is the main house. On the garden level, there’s a large living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge with a piano, and a dining area. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms (10 beds) and 2 bathrooms.
- La Lavanderia has a lounge with a kitchenette and a trundle bed. Above the lounge is a mezzanine with 4 single beds (6 beds in total). Shower and toilet are on the lower level.
Il Molino di Carpenosa is located 17 km from the sea, 25 km from San Remo, and 80 km from Nice.
